Sir Keir is set to welcome Ukraine's leader the Ukrainian head of state alongside the so-called "group of committed partners", comprising more than 20 of supporting nations who have agreed to offer Kyiv security guarantees once hostilities pause is negotiated.

Ukraine's president has been pleading for several weeks for additional long-range weapons from Western nations, a move that Russia has warned would worsen the conflict.
